Scouting Report: Lefty reliever induces many groundballs with a solid mix of four-seam fastballs, sinkers and sliders. Fastball and sinker both sit in the low-90s. Slider works around 84-86 mph. Posted very good numbers in 2012 and 2013. Struggled in 2014 when Texas tried him as a starter and tinkered with his repertoire. Will likely return to the pen for Boston. Has a reverse platoon split in his major league career.
