Scouting Report:
Highly athletic, switch-hitting infielder. Tall, lean frame.
Twitchy and ultra projectable. Tooled up on the offensive side.
Hit tool is currently fringy, will need to learn to hit high
velocity and spin. High-end speed and power profile.
Above-average speed, power could develop into a plus tool. Moves
well at short, quick hands, reliable glove, above-average arm.
May outgrow shortstop, has the potential to move to third
base. Was a standout multi-sport athlete in high school, leading
the football team to back-to-back
championships as the starting quarterback. Also was a successful
pitcher in high school, with a fastball that clocked up to 90
mph, but was announced as a shortstop when drafted. Was
committed to Loyola Marymount.
