Scouting Report: Submarine-style righty spent thirteen seasons pitching for Chiba Lotte in the Japanese Pacific League. Gets extremely low to the ground in his delivery, scraping the knee of his back leg on the mound with each pitch. Fastball tops out around 80 mph.  Also throws a sinker, a slider and a slow curveball. Sometimes changes the speed of his delivery to add deception. Very low strikeout rates.
