Scouting Report: Tall right-hander with a solid, filled-out frame. Abrupt slightly-higher-than-sidearm delivery with a slinging motion. Deceptive release point. Arsenal includes a 91-93 mph sinker,  an 86-88 mph show me changeup, and a  plus mid-80s slider. Above-average control. Gets a lot of strikeouts and groundballs. Had Tommy John Surgery in May 2016.  Returned to MLB action in September 2017.  Had surgery to repair right shoulder subluxation in June 2018, missing the remainder of the season. Was outrighted from the 40-man roster in November 2018 and re-signed to a minor league deal in December 2018.  Has high leverage setup reliever potential if healthy.
