Physical Description: Sturdy,
athletic catcher's frame. Thick lower half. Looks more than
listed weight of 175, and still has room to fill out.
Hit: Average hit tool. Holds bat high, lowers
on approach. slight toe tap device. Has some loft in his swing.
Aggressive approach, does not work deep into counts. Makes solid
contact in the zone but will chase some bad pitches on occasion.
Really struggles against changeups and high velocity, does most
of his damage against low-90s fastballs. Fares significantly
better against left-handers.
Power:
Fringe-average power. Impacts the ball, mostly a doubles hitter
with occasional over the fence power.
Run:
Below-average speed.
Field:
Fringe-average defense. Doesn't have the softest hands and can
be error prone. Fluid motions.

Career
Notes: Signed out of Venezuela on the first day
of the international signing period in 2019 at the age of 16.
Missed 2020 due to the pandemic, and then saw limited action in
the complex leagues in 2021 and 2022. Was set to participate in
the 2022 Fall Performance Program that was canceled due to
Hurricane Ian. Entered the 2023 season as Salem's starting
backstop and earned a quick promotion to Greenville.
Participated in the 2023 Fall Performance Program. Late addition
to the 2024 Red Sox Spring Breakout Showcase roster. Started in
the 2025 Spring Breakout and Futures at Fenway South games at
catcher and DH, respectively.
Summation: Potential solid
organizational player. Has not shown the defensive skills to be a
serviceable major league backup.
