Physical Description:
Tall, imposing frame. Lower half has started to fill out, but
still should be able to add considerable size to his frame as he
physically matures.
Mechanics: Throws
from a three-quarters arm slot, starting on the first base side
of the rubber. Full wind-up. Repeatable delivery. Long levers.
Medium leg kick. Smooth arm action. Hides the ball behind for
added deception.
Fastball: 90-94 mph.
Tops out at 96 mph. Has already seen his velocity start to tick
up and should see further increases as he matures. Pitch shows
arm-side run and sink at times.
Slider:
84-86 mph. Throws slightly more than his changeup. Already
flashes bat-missing ability.
Changeup:
84-87 mph. Pitch shows late fade. |

Career Notes: Received the highest bonus of any
pitcher in the Red Sox 2024 IFA class. Missed seven weeks during
the 2024 season to focus on strength training after experiencing
fatigue.
Summation: High-upside arm with
substantial projection who checks all the boxes you look for in
a teenage starting pitching prospect. Already throws strikes and
has feel for two secondaries. Very intriguing arm that could see
his stock soar after he makes the jump stateside if he continues
on his current development path.
