Scouting Report: Undersized righty with limited physical projection. Very skinny and lacks strength, but doesn’t have a frame to support added weight. Stiff, rigid delivery. Over-the-top arm slot. Fastball sits in the mid-to-high 80s. Best secondary is a 12-to-6 curveball in the mid-70s.
