Scouting Report: Smart. Hard worker. Kang was also an excellent closer in college, but Boston drafted him as an infielder. He also hit well in college, but coming out of Division III Pomona-Pitzer, Kang will need to prove that he can do so against more advanced competition. Came into the professional ranks with solid reviews about his defense, but failed to live up to those expectations with the Spinners in 2010. Strong arm.
