  Physical Description: Tall, filled-out frame. Minimal remaining projection.

Mechanics: Throws from a low three-quarters arm slot. High leg kick, falls significantly to the first base side post release. Has some effort in his delivery.

Fastball: 92-94 mph with armside run. Solid control and command. Also throws a show-me cutter.

Slider: Low-80s, induces whiffs.
  Changeup: Mid-80s. Fringe offering.

Career Notes: Started three years for Penn State. Dodgers used him as a reliever but began giving him some starts in the year before he was traded to Boston. Said to have added velo over his career.

Summation: Triple-A depth who has the potential to eat some innings as an emergency up-and-down pitcher at the MLB level. Swing-man type.
