Scouting Report: Cuban lefty with a medium build.  Arsenal includes a low-90s four-seam fastball, a mid-80s changeup, and a high 70s wiepout curveball. Ocassionally mixes in a sinker.  Still raw despite his age.  Doesn't repeat delivery well.  Below-average control.  Agressive.
