Scouting Report: Delcarmen has a 95 mph fastball and an excellent 12-to-6 curveball.  Fastball can actually reach the high-90s. Average-to-below-average control; really needs to improve his consistency.  Changeup is about average. Pitches significantly better at home, and fares equally against lefties and righties.  Delcarmen had Tommy John surgery in May 2003, but returned to the mound a year later in May 2004.  His father played in the Phillies Organization.
