Scouting Report: Aussie lefty honed his pitching craft with the Australian U-18 team as well as two Australian club teams. Blackley has lingered at the lower levels of the Red Sox organization for five seasons without showing much statistical improvement.  Fastball is around 88 mph.  Tough on righties.  Average to above average control.
