Scouting Report: Big righty reliever from Canada. Excellent athlete. Groundball pitcher. The Red Sox want Blackey to work on adding some velocity. Improved strikeout numbers in 2008, as well performance against righties. Also showed very good success at Clear Channel Stadium.
