Scouting Report: Large
filled-out frame. Over the top delivery, Arsenal includes a
90-94 mph four-seam fastball, a low-80s slider, and a low-80s
changeup. Solid control and command. Graduated from Kent State
with a degree in applied engineering and had been accepted into
its masters program for engineering technology when he signed.
Played for Keene in the NECBL and for Harwich in the Cape Cod
League. Placed on the 60-day injured list at the start of the
2025 season with back soreness. Old for the FCL and the Carolina
League in 2025.
