Scouting Report: Left-hander with a solid pitcher's frame.  Hitchy 3/4 delivery with a lot of effort in it.  Doesn’t pitch downhill and lands hard and off-balance on his front side. Fastball sits 90-92 mph with minimal command or control.  Also works in an 82-83 mph changeup and a low-70s curveball. Pitched for the Brazilian National Team in 2017.  Spent three mediocre seasons in the complex leagues from 2015 to 2017. Worked out of the GCL rotation in 2018, his fourth year in rookie ball. Was already Rule 5 eligible before reaching Lowell. Likely low minors depth.
