frame. Heavier than listed weight. Minimal remaining projection.
Mechanics: Throws from a three-quarters arm
slot. Stiff, arm heavy delivery with considerable effort. Very
quick arm. Medium leg kick and long arm action with a hook
behind.
Fastball: 97-99 mph. Tops out at
100 mph. Below-average command and control. Has the tendency to
yank the pitch to the glove side Pitch has shown bat missing
ability in Double-A, but has to show he can miss bats with it up
in the zone still. Potential plus offering.
Slider: 83-87 mph. True power breaking ball with 10-4
shape. Has shown bat missing ability. Solid feel for the
offering. Can land in the zone for strikes or bury down and out
of the zone when looking for a swing and miss. Potential
above-average offering.

Career Notes: Has undergone
Tommy John surgery twice, in September 2016 and in June 2018.
Was selected in the minor league portion of the 2016 Rule 5
Draft.
Summation: Potential major league
depth reliever. Ceiling of a 6th/7th inning relief arm. Command
and health will determine his upside. Has elite velocity and
will flash an above-average slider, but has never pitched above
High-A and has a significant injury track record.
