Scouting Report: Raw righty with tons of potential. Younginer has an impressive array of pitches, including: (1) a mid-90s four seamer with great arm-side movement, which gets up to 97 mph; (2) a low 90s two seamer with nice downward movement; (3) a 74-78 mph 12-6 curveball with sharp, late break; and (4) a newly-developed low 80s changeup with late life. Mechanics might need to be tightened up. Will need to work on his command. Competitive and focused, but reserved on the mound.
