Scouting Report: Smaller left-hander who sits in the low 90s with his fastball and has touched 94 mph in the past. Solid command for a high school pitcher. Breaking ball has above-average potential.  Has feel for his changeup that shows fade. Underwent Tommy John surgery in September 2013. In his first starts back, touched 93 while sitting 88-91 early in games before settling in at 84-88.
