Scouting Report: Filled-out left-handed hitting outfielder. Well above-average raw power. Creates strong lift and upward plane through the hitting zone with swing. Struggles considerably with high velocity fastballs and secondary offerings, especially breaking balls due to poor pitch recognition and over-commitment of weight during stride. Excels against average fastballs out-and-over the plate. Below-average hit tool. Dead pull hitter. Swing has multiple holes. Does not presently make enough contact for power to be a consistent factor in game settings. Adequate defensive outfielder. Average range, with a solid-average arm. Does not project into higher levels without extensive work eliminating holes in swing.
