Scouting Report: Defensive-minded catcher with some pop in his bat. Ross has outstanding catcher's tools, including great game-calling ability and an excellent arm. Doesn't make great contact but has flashed power in the past against both right-handers and left-handers. Strikes out a lot, especially against high-velocity pitchers.
