Scouting Report: Rail-thin Dominican righty. Throws from a 3/4 arm slot. Slings the ball. Fastball sits at 84-86 mph, topping out at 87. Also works in a sweeping curve at 73-75 mph, along with a developed change in the low-70s. Good arm action and deception on his pitches. Could develop some more velocity. Good control.
