Scouting Report:
Undersized reliever with some deceptive velocity. Fastball sits in
the low-to-mid 90s, and tops out at 96 mph. Released by the Angels
organization in early 2007, reportedly within a few days after the team
first suspended him. Has struggled with control in the past,
but has reigned that in recently.
