Scouting Report: Dominican right-hander signed in June 2012 at the age of 22. Average size with limited physical projection left. Rough delivery with a lot of moving parts that he struggles to repeat. Comes across his body and long arm action behind with an inverted W. Doesn't utilize lower body in delivery, putting a lot of stress on his arm. Fastball gets up to the mid-90s, but sits 92-94 mph. Straight  Subpar control and command. Changeup is like a fastball he took something off. Works 83-85 mph generally and lacks feel. Breaking ball is a work in progress looking like a curveball during some outings and a slider in others. Stuff and delivery best suited for a relief role.Originally signed with the Yankees under the name Heri Olivo and made three starts before an MLB investigation uncovered his real identity.
