Scouting Report: Right-hander with a solid frame. Max effort high three-quarter delivery. Puts effort on his arm, doesn't seem to get enough torque from lower half. Primarily relies on a fringe-average 91-93 mph four-seam fastball and average 83-84 mph slider. Throws an occasional low-80s changeup, which is a below-average pitch. Had control problems in the past, but showed improvement in recent years. Struggled through a series of shoulder injuries over his career.  Up-and-down emergency depth middle reliever if healthy.
