Scouting Report: Tall, thin frame.  Marshall formerly pitched from a 3/4 arm slot, but switched to submarine style in ST 2005 and was converted to a reliever. Throws a mid 80s fastball and works in some sliders and changeups.   Fares well against lefties and forces a lot of ground ball outs.  Rule 5 pick by the A's in December 2006.
