Scouting Report: Tall, thin righty with a projectable frame. He throws over the top with a low-effort delivery that allows him to repeat his delivery consistently. As a starter, Lee's fastball sits at 87-89 mph, but it can hit low-90s in shorter stints. Good movement and deception. Complements his fastball with a sharp breaking 77-81 mph slurve and an above-average high-70s changeup. Good command, but he can lose the zone when he gets rattled.
