Scouting Report:
LeBlanc was committed to LSU following the 2010 draft, but signed with
Boston at the 2010 deadline. Well-rounded athlete with filled out frame.
Low maintenance swing that generates plus batspeed via strong wrists.
Shows solid-average power in batting practice sessions. Struggles with
off-speed pitches due to below-average pitch recognition. Needs to relax
more at the plate and jump less at pitches. Hit tool suffers due to raw
approach. Average contact potential. Plus speed. Able to play all three
outfield positions. Projects as a corner outfielder defensively.
