Physical Description: Average frame with little-to-no remaining projection.

Hit: Starts open and in a crouch. Keeps hands high utilizes a leg lift. Aesthetically pleasing swing, but lacks bat speed. Fringy contact skills. Can recognize spin, but struggles with velocity. Will put together decent at-bats, but generates a lot of weak contact. Bat will be tested by more advanced pitching.

Power: Will show below-average raw power in batting practice. Some loft in swing. Not a major part of his game. More gap power, but could run into a few home runs a season.

Arm: Fringe-average arm strength. Has to get everything in on throws across the diamond.

Field: Solid fundamentals. Average range, soft hands. Makes the routine plays. Has shown the ability to play average defense at first base, second base and third base. Won’t be a standout, but reliable in the field.

Run: Below-average speed. Not a threat to steal a base.

Summation: Projects as a depth player in the low minors. Bat is on the light side to succeed in the high minors, but defensive versatility could allow him to stick around even if he doesn’t hit.
