Scouting Report: Mexican RHP picked out of obscurity by the Angels. Good low-90s fastball with excellent command. Also throws a slider and a changeup. Missed 2008 season with a knee injury. Came back to impress in the Mexican League in the 2008 off-season. Underwent TJ Surgery in March 2009.
