Scouting Report: Tall and lanky lefty signed out of the independent United League of Baseball in 2007.  Cox's arsenal includes a fastball that sits around 89 mph and  that can touch 94 mph at times.  Also mixes in a combination of average breaking pitches and a changeup.  Great looking strikeout numbers.
