Scouting Report: Big righty with good bullpen potential.  Projectable frame.  Throws in the low-90s, tops out around 92 mph.  Mixes in a changeup and a curveball, both of which are advanced for his age.  Control isn't great at this point.  Good mound presence.  Signed for $100K.
