Scouting Report: Dominican right-hander with a solid frame. Fastball sits in the 92-93 mph range with decent sinking action. Tops out at 95 mph. Also working on developing a low-80s changeup and a 79-81 mph slider. Relies too heavily on his fastball at this point. Needs to work on his control and poise.
