Scouting Report: Thin Venezuelan righty with a developing frame. Castillo features a fastball, curve, and change. 3/4 delivery with quick downward snap motion. Fastball sits between 88-90 mph, pretty good life, maintains well. Gets up to 92 mph. Leaves it up in the zone far too much, resulting in a lot of hard contact. Low-to-mid-70s curve that shows a nice break on occasion, but not consistently. Changeup goes about 82-84 mph, very good deception. Uses his changeup as an out pitch. Command needs work. Still doesn't look all that relaxed on the mound.
