Scouting Report: Former Yale Baseball captain, Breslow's fastball tops out at 90 mph, but generally sits in high-80s. Also possesses an above-average curveball and an average straight changeup. Excellent control with good strikeout numbers. Very effective against lefties but that doesn't mean Breslow is just a lefty specialist - he also has demonstrated a lot of success against righties. Has had serious bouts of inconsistency during his career.
