Physical Description: Average frame. On the thin side, minimal remaining projection. Needs to add strength.

Hit: Starts square with his hands high. Utilizes a toe-tap timing device. Short stride, back side collapses during swing. Back foot flies backwards at point of contact. Short swing, has swing and miss. Poor pitch recognition, still developing an approach. Will struggle against more advanced pitching.

Power: Minimal power potential. Not a major part of his game. Will get a handful of extra base hits mainly from gap power.

Arm: Below-average arm strength. Passable in left field only, would be light for center field and right.

Field: Fringe-average defensive potential. Doesn’t seem to read the ball well off the bat. Average range, instincts need work. Has played primarily left field during his pro career.

Run: Average speed. Runs hard.

Career Notes: Was committed to FIU out of high school.. Participated in the 2016 and 2018 Fall Instructional League

Summation: Ceiling of an organizational outfielder. Tough profile as he only plays left field, but doesn’t project to hit for power. Will need to make significant strides to get out of the low minors, but has shown improvement at the plate each year. Spent three years in the Gulf Coast League which has put him behind the developmental curve.
